We place great emphasis on holistic training. Our apprentices gain experience in all departments of the company in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the company and to understand how and why the departments work together.

Apprenticeships at Metaways are conducted pursuant to the apprenticeship regulations of the Hamburg Chamber of Trade.
